Joss said that there will not be agent Coulson in Avengers 2. Saying so much already in Avengers 2 that adding in he is alive , whole other story
Plus doesn't want to put say like Fury on SHIEld When he is for the movies.

I think what Joss is worried about is that bringing back Coulson would include a lot more story telling and the plot might be revolved around that - bit like how X-men has to spend that time bringing back characters - and Joss probably wants to focus on developing the characters.

I don't mind either! He will have much more use on the TV show. To know he is alive is worth his absence from the MCU movies.

Joss was saying if you bring too many movie people into the TV show, then some fans will watch the TV show not the films .

I Personally don't agree but Joss head of Marvel films know what they want .
Plus the TV show is about the agents not the Superheroes
