Cancelling Inhumans: they are an unknown outside of the comics, I'd sort of get cancelling it but then they managed to successfully do Guardians of the Galaxy and Ant-Man without too much trouble but cancelling Captain Marvel? Carol Danvers isn't my favourite (my first intro to her was not awe inspiring, I found her a bit highstrung and whined a lot more than I was comfortable with) and when I think of Captain Marvel I think of the original Kree Mar-Vell but that's besides the point. I thought Marvel was eager to have its first female lead superhero in Carol, it doesn't make sense to cancel her movie. It would have been weird to do her origins movie without doing Mar-Vell (there were rumours that they could work around that), almost like what the did with Hank Pym and Scott Lang in Ant Man, it would be weird to gloss over much of how Carol gets her powers since we've hardly seen much of the Kree in MCU.

Ironically both movies have the Kree as a common factor to jump starting their narrative.

For as much as Marvel talks about wanting female superheroes, they don't really seem in any hurry to actually do anything about it.
