No, the Marvel movies/tv shows always use a code name/working title when they are filming. Case in point:

No, it's not an add on either. It's strictly only used when they are filming, usually to deter people who come to film sets looking for spoilers. I mean no one wants to look at a movie called Mary Lou when Infinity War could be filming somewhere close by lol.

And the only people who will really know it's a Marvel movie even with the working titles are the hardcore fans who look up this kind of stuff. The general audience could care less about the filming.
