I keep seeing people complaining about Hailee not being Asian enough (she's half Filipino), but the comics have never said explicitly what Kate's race is. That's the fans who decided Kate was Asian.

Like I know we would all like to see more Asian representation in mass media, but forcing it on a character isn't the way to do it. Even the artist said he never thought of Kate as Asian on a Tumblr post.
