That's in the gag reel and a few more shots from that moment are spotted in another featurette (don't recall which one), but there isn't the whole thing among the deleted scenes.
At least in the extras I've found online, I can't tell if they're complete.

Marvel, why you like to tease scenes that don't end up in the movie? Thor with a ponytail and in a t-shirt. Thor/Jane kiss. Loki in fur. Thor/Frigga.

They do it on purpose to have stuff for the DVD and BR and make us spend more cash.

Thor/ frigga's scene is in the extras. I think that the deleted kiss maybe was a very different part of the story and even could't be included it in the deleted scenes. They included one thor/jane scene in which jane blames herself for frigga's death.

Because they like to get the people sucked into the movie and hope it's there and when it's not, to buy the dvd and hope it's there too. $$$$$$$$$

I'm not sure? That would have seemed like the likeliest place for it to happen. After coming back to Midgard with Jane, everything happened at such a rapid rate that it didn't seem like there was any time to relax.
