I really doubt that Cap Marvel will save them since I been hearing that they will focus on original team who can save them, but I'm sure that the next phase will focus on him and her for good.. That's my two cents..

Yeah, they announced a sequel for him recently. I can't wait to see how he helps them in Endgame. Like I said, I'm sure he will have a hand in things and help them out somehow after he saw all those alternate futures. I also think he did something to the Time Stone when he gave it to Thanos, hell I just know he did SOMETHING lol.
