I only remember her being pregnant with the first kid, so it was a complete surprise to me when the second kid appeared.

See, I'm not the only one!!! I thought it was still just the one boy, but then the other boy appeared. And she's pregnant in that picture up there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The 3rd pregnancy was announced back in Sept 2018 so she's at least 6 months now.
