I've never read the Captain Marvel comics so I'm going in blind with this movie. I know very little about Carol and the other characters so I can't wait to be surprised!!

Me too. The only thing I knew about her was Rogue permanently absorbing her powers and putting her in a coma. I never knew about all the Kree and Skrull stuff in her backstory. I'm looking forward to this movie to see her backstory, why she is supposedly the strongest MCU character yet, and how this will tie into Endgame.
