He's in the elevator scene with Cap if you've seen the extended trailer, but of course he's Brock there and not Crossbones as we know him yet.

I saw a 5 minute preview when I went to see TDW in IMAX. They showed the whole elevator scene and then the trailer.

If you want to be spoiled, this site still has the clip up. It's not a great recording, but it's serviceable. It looked awesome on the IMAX screen.
