I think Steve met Sam at the right time, just when he was losing Bucky, he found someone he connected with and could have his back. Also, I didnt open a falcon thread as I felt it wasn't necessary but might change this after civil war.

It's because Marvel is fantastic at casting the right people for their characters. And once they cast, mostly even before they cast, the choices go hard into the comic books to make sure they give their characters justice and more. Then, most importantly, everyone in the cast LIKE each other almost instantly. That helps with good chemistry. And the fact they have multiple films with one another, makes it easier for them to keep a good relationship. That's much needed since that's how Steve and Sam are in the comics.

I think marvel haven't always hit gold, but in majority of cases it just works. And they do work on so many movies so of course they grow close. With Sam and Steve it felt very natural

Great, added you as well! I don't know why it took so long for us to have a thread for these two. :sigh: I adore their closeness. How Sam made him that playlist, its such a sweet thing.

Also, Chris and Anthony have been in movies together before so they already had a rapport with it each other and it showed on screen.

yeah. That definitely helped. Its a sweet friendship and I'm glad it could be shown onscreen. Sam really helped him and Natasha in winter soldier which i loved.

The "Sam is a Hydra agent" theories really piss me off.

I haven't really seen much of it so I'd like to know too
