i hope it beats SWFA too, i still can't believe that ridiculous retcon-mess made two billion dollars, ugh. c'mon, IW take the number 3 spot!
 i remain a huge fan of 1977 Episode 4 A New Hope, 1980 Episode 5 Empire Strikes Back, 1983 Episode 6 Return Of The Jedi, all 211 books of the 1992-2015 Lucasfilm-approved SW Expanded Universe, Dark Empire and Dark Empire 2 comic book series, the superb 2015 Rogue One Episode 3.5 prequel to New Hope, 2018 Solo, Clone Wars and other SW animated features....but you can keep those atrocious messes called SWFA and SWTLJ and whatever the last one is. yuck. __________________

I hope IW can get a higher ranking too and more so more money before it leaves theatres.
I'm sure it will sell alot of Blue Rays and DVD's too in August!  __________________

Avengers IW stands at $660.4 million USA and still playing in 2,164 theaters, and not updated yet international boxoffice but still listed as $1.346 billion dollars. grand total as of this morning is still $2,006,400,000 dollars worldwide boxoffice. i'm not sure where SWFA is in the no. 3 slot, but Titanic is number 2 with $2.18 billion, Avatar still all-time champ at $2.78 billion.

According to Box Office Mojo, TFA is at $2.07 billion and IW is now at $2.02 billion. At this rate it looks like it might beat TFA in a few weeks.

Avengers IW is still slated for at least 6 more weekends in release, though the theater screens have dropped significantly to 2100 total. i think IW will still be playing during the Antman and Wasp run.
