Just the way she acted. She could be a huge pain in the ass sometimes for a medical examiner. The side characters like Lily (Kathryn Hahn's character), the other MEs, the police officers, etc... really had to keep her in line, otherwise she would just go out and do things she had no business doing in the name of finding a killer.
