Not really sure how Wiki edits would know that she's born in the 1980's but isn't the six digit combination her physical measurements?

Yes. Even with her being born in the 80's, the combination could have been her birthday. For example 30/06/81.

Hmmm...true. I'll let it pass since Sherlock didn't think she'd use her birthday for a lock combination password. But that's a good catch!
