Let's see....

In June, I lost my mother to cancer.
My Temp job ended in October
My car finally died after almost 400,000 miles on it.

That was the tough stuff.

Now for the good stuff.
Back to watching TV shows again. Discovered 4 cool new shows this year and got back into one.

I'm back to music again after a month of just trying to grieve all that I had lost. I was watching a couple of music videos from Depeche Mode for the first time. One of them was "Shake The Disease", which was pretty good & "I Feel You", which was amazing. Dave Gahan was just extremely sexy in that video.

That has been my last 6 months or so in a nutshell.

Now I'm watching "Duck Dodgers". Funny stuff.

Such a tough year for you .. you must be looking forward to turning the calendar page to 2015.

It's been tough, but I take it one minute at a time.

The beauty of music, especially from Marc Almond is that even he has nuggets of wisdom. Most wouldn't think so, but then again, I'm more about the music than anything.

"Only the Moment"...the song that is, got me thru a lot of pain. With it being the holiday season and all the other things that have happened, I did go thru a little bit of a depressive spell last month, but a little video from Depeche Mode got me back to doing at least one of the things I love, which is music.

Even if all I can listen to is Marc for now, at least it is something.

Today, it's pouring rain where I'm at and quite windy, but I'm at home, with my computer, and my music, and will also catch up on some TV. I'm not going to let the rain get me down...not today.

My poor girl. Your resistance must be compromised by all the crazy work shifts and lack of sleep.

No, I didn't get sick the first day of my holiday... it was around Tuesday evening... I guess it's because of the constantly rainy weather here, I went to the market on Wednesday and it started raining and I hadn't brought an umbrella with me Wednesday night was the worst...

Today I feel better... I'm thinking of going out at afternoon... I wish stop raining, though
