We had a lovely Thanksgiving Day and dinner, and I'm exhausted (in a good way).

I had a calm Thanksgiving. It's the first one I got thru without crying, so all in all, a good day. Today, music and reading will be on the docket for me today. __________________

Our Thanksgiving goes back to the 1620's when the Pilgrims were saved from starvation by the Indians.
Sadly, later generations of settlers forgot that part.  __________________

^ Thanksgiving has certainly taken a different direction than at its conception.
But Family, food, and thankfulness has continued and those are my favorite parts. My least favorite part of Thanksgiving in my family is SPORTS. All day, all weekend. Basketball, Football, even golf!  I have hit my quota for the year I think  I also had no internet this year, it was nice to "unplug" for a while but I missed you all!  I hope you are all doing well. Audrey, I am so happy to hear that Thanksgiving was a good day.  I am thankful for all of you and for this board which brought us all together! Thanks for being who you are and sharing with us! __________________

My house is almost ready for Christmas! It was a very tired week, I had a lot of stuff to do.... Tomorrow I go back to work (which I hate it!!)...
