I was supposed to be cooking my younger son't birthday dinner today, but he is sick with flu and doesn't feel like driving into town.
Wouldn't you know, I thought I'd be clever and put together the broccoli casserole last night so I'd only have to pop it into the oven today, and now it must be cooked.  __________________
