Now that Sherlock is "dead", John has obviously poured his heart out to Mrs. Hudson. So it'll be interesting to see when Sherlock re-appears. Mrs. Hudson will be shocked but happy of course but I can't say the same thing for John.

That i know how it happens doesn't mean i want to know how Gatiss is going to make it, that would be spoilers! It's like when they make a new Titanic movie, you know the end but not how you'll get there, guess it's a new type of spoilers XD
