Hey. I know that feeling all too well, sometimes people just irritate me for whatever reason.

I'm good, had a long weekend, so today was the first day back at work.

Too many shows. I'm behind with everything. I started to watch Pitch but only managed to watch the Pilot so far. Also rewatching Gilmore Girls. How about you?

So I kinda need an advice, maybe it will sound weird, but I have this co worker and we really get along, we hang out outside work, but she's driving me crazy last month or two. She started flirting with this guy at work and going ob coffees, lunch..they are always talking on Skype and phone oh abd she's married and I really like her husband he's a great guy and she has two girls and I'm really bothered by all that and she's all mysterious with this guy ar work. Any advice how to just ignore it. Sounds stupid right? I shouldn't be bothered? Oh and this guy is such a douche and he's also married. Especially I get nervous when I'm asking her about work or just talking and she's not even listening, just smiling and talking with him.

If it affects your work relationship - like when she ignrores you when you ask something work related - then you should definitely tell her something. When you are alone you can say that you understand that she gets along with the guy but you would really appreciate if she treated you seriously at work. Ignoring their flirting is one thing but if it affects your work then it stops just being their concern. In general I would just ignore it, better not to get involved, even if we mean well.

Yes I agree, it bothers me that this affects our work relationship. I'm already involved, since other co workers are asking me if it's true that they are together I really don't want to get in the middle of all this. I think I need some days off again.
