Well, only new books have that price.. even more sometimes, most of the time 16 euros... then it low down after a while... but if they're not the paperback version they're never less then 10 euros...

That's a lot. Books aren't cheap here either but new books barely ever cost that much. Unless it's some kind of special edition.

Foreign books are even cheaper. I buy a lot of English books in polish book stores because they are cheaper than the polish version.

Yes, I noticed that!! That's why I prefere English books, they're usually half the prize of the Italian one and they are out a long time before the italian version (when they did an italian version)

I just watched this movie yesterday, not knowing what it was about except that JGL plays a prostitute. And for some reason I had gotten the impression that it was a "teen movie"! But WOW! I'm jarred!!!! What a great, great movie, but also very disturbing/sad and hard to watch! JGL was BRILLIANT in it. I didn't think I could admire his talent more that I already did... I was wrong!
It wasn't brilliantly shot imo, but the theme was handled incredible well, the writer did a good job! This movie is going to haunt me for a while!

Glad you enjoyed the movie. It's a very difficult movie to watch, especially the rape scene. But the movie is great and Joe's performance is amazing. imho it's his best and most challenging role so far.
