Young Americans - Official Post Counts - PLEASE READ - Updated April 3rd

As you may remember, post counts at Fan Forum were suspended in 2006 due to the many server problems the site had. Now they are being restored with a slightly new system. The traffic of each board will be monitored all year, instead of just a couple of times a year, and every message board that does not have an average of 15 posts a day will be closed. This equals 105 posts a week, and 465 posts a month. The Managers did a traffic check for the month of January so the mods could see how their boards were doing, and the YA board averaged 206 posts in January, which means 6.65 posts a day.

I think traffic has picked up a bit in February, but it's still not as high as it should be. I will discuss this with Nikki, but just wanted to let you all know as soon as possible.

If you have any ideas how traffic might pick up, please feel free to post them here, PM me or Nikki, or open a thread yourself. It would be a shame to see the board being closed after all this time it existed, wouldn't it?

Oh no! I don't want the board to be closed! I'll be posting here regularly but we need more posters! Hmm... I'll post again if I come up with an idea of how we can get this board up and alive.

got it, anja. i'll really make an effort in posting in couple of threads here daily. work has piled up again so i only get to post on a few boards & my priority is the jake board but i'll try my best to post here everyday.
