Yeah, Sheida, skipping already? Tsk, tsk, young lady.

As for my date, there are no words to describe how wrong it went. I mean, he was sweet and into me, but it's too much to get into. Basically, he spent the evening listening to me talk about my hair and shoes. He didn't seem bothered, though. Then again a forty something year old man sitting across from a twenty something girl, of course he's going to let me talk about whatever I want. It was a nice night, but no fire, which is fine. It's a baby step to finally being over the ex.

I'm sorry about your date! But at least you had a nice night, and as you said, you're one step closer to being over your ex.

So, someone needs to stop me from starting shows before I finish the shows I'm currently watching! It's driving me insane, but I can't seem to stop. Right now I'm watching (in no particular order) Secret Life of the American Teenager, Drake & Josh, Sons of Anarchy, Fastlane, True Blood, Angel... it's so frustrating never to finish anything! (No, I don't have any real problems in life. )

I don't know how he does it, but it happens! Be prepared to drool lots! Hot blonde british? I have no idea who you might be talking about

Haha, the only show on your list I'm not (yet) watching is Castle. But the rest are really great, I hope you enjoy them all I've only seen the pilot Secret Life so far, and it's kinda cute. i think they had it at that link I sent you a while ago.

So, Anja, that means you've started watching SoA again? and man, Angel is one of the best shows ever. Seriously. It did go a little nutty near the end...I mean I still can't believe what they did to Cordelia, but it was awesome when they were on the game.

I actually went and watched more than half of Moonlight, just to see what Alex was all about and the entire time I kept thinking it paled in comparison to Angel in terms of writing and wit. But I think that was mostly because Angel was a spin-off and the writers already had a really good grasp on all of the characters because they had existed beforehand while Moonlight felt very much like a series that was unsure of it's footing for the first several episodes.

I think I only saw s1, some s2 and all of s4 of Angel, so it's nice to see episodes I've never seen before It's such a brilliant show (but then again, I expect no less from Joss Whedon). I think you're right, Nicole, it was certainly easier for the writers because the audience already was familiar with the characters/the mythology behind the show.

Sheida, Nathan Fillion is the main reason I want to check out Castle

I've heard of Castle, but haven't yet checked it out. I'll have to put it on my watch list on Hulu 'cause they have it there

So I walked into a store today and noticed that not only do they have their Halloween decorations up, but that they also have Christmas decorations and items up. I seriously cannot believe another year is about to be over. Time has just been flying by for me, it's crazy.

Again, life would be so much better if I could watch things on Hulu!

I second that. My dad came home from shopping yesterday with Christmas sweets and cookies and I had the hugest shock. I can't believe it's already the middle of September!

Will we ever feel like grown ups? I used to hear older people say they still feel really young and I'd think 'but how, you're old'. But I think I get it now, because that feeling I had when I was younger, it's still there and doesn't feel like it's going away. I always thought it'd be like a light switch, where one day out of nowhere you'd just feel like an Adult, but I guess it doesn't work that way.

There's nothing new with me really. Work and boy drama, that's all my life is.

Yeah I used to think you like hit a certain age and then you think and act completely differently well thats not happening

I went to class today (10 days after I was supposed to ) anyways it was awesome, we've got a cool project we have to describe the feelings the rooms in the house we grew up in gave us, I have so many ideas yet lack the artistic talent to show them all

That's sounds really cool and interesting. I'd be totally lost as to how to do anything like that, so good luck So do you have to create something that describes your feelings, or just recreate your childhood home?

So last night our power out because of a big storm and I lit a couple of candles and set them on my computer desk while I went into another room. I ended up downstairs eating pudding with the person I live with by flashlight. Anyhow I forgot about the candles and by the time I got back up upstairs I saw that wax had somehow drippled down into my computer keyboard and then dried. It wouldn't have been so bad if it was one of those standard keyboards that come with your PC, but this was a fancy new wireless keyboard I was in love with. But now it's filled with red candle wax...clearly I'm a genius

Sheida, your project sounds really interesting! And don't be stupid, you totally have artistic talent!

Oh Nicole, I'm really trying not to laugh at you too much, because that totally sounds like something I could do as well

I was at the dentist today. Ouch
