It failed to hold my interest, even with Moennig in it -- as did the original L Word.

I have to say, I actually quite enjoyed it. The characters all seemed a bit more real/fleshed out than they were on the original show. And the OT3 from the old show really just have such great chemistry. You can tell these actresses have been friends for 15ish years

So, how did you like The L Word: Generation Q? I feel like I missed something profound... does the Q stand for Queer? I thought it wasn't much of a generation switch tbh and the focus was very much on the original character which was just as well. I didn't come here to watch a bunch of new people.
Shane's whole relationship felt typical but quite the ride all the same. It's as if no time has passed for most of them, they are stuck in the same patterns. __________________

Yeah, I think Q as in queer.
I think they intentionally focused more of the first season on the oldies we knew, and they're gonna slowly pull the focus more on the new characters? I enjoyed the show, but it wasn't mindblowing   __________________
