The NCIS spinoff hasn't a name yet so the site called it NCIS: LL cool J because he plays one of the main roles.

First of all YAY for Three Rivers being picked up! I am so excited for Kate and for me, getting to see her on TV again!

Secondly, love the new thread name.

And last but not least..I finished season 5 of TLW this weekend! And oh my lord....could KM be any hotter! I loved the breast cancer bike ride episode and the Shane and Molly scenes were hot. "Breath through your mouth" classic.

And even though I knew the whole Shane and Niki thing was coming (hazard of being behind in a series) I was still sort of shocked that Shane went there. I was just thinking before that scene that Shane is one of the most loyal and genuine friends on the show. I mean I don't think the incident with Niki necessarily changes that, but it was definitely a bad move on Shane's part. You just don't hook up with your friends ex, especially right after a break up. *tsk, tsk* Shane.

Can't wait for season 6 to come out on DVD...I am dieing!!!

I found another review of the script. Here's a bit about KM's character.

It looks like she'll be the resident crazy.

And yay for getting to watch the last of S5, Ava. So, can I ask, that scene with Shane and Nicki on the balcony/railing thing did you keep thinking 'hm, that sure looks like an uncomfortable angle to be bending at' ? Cause that's all I could think.

But agreed. I think that was out of character for Shane. Yes, she's a charmer and Nicki obviously had been harboring the crush on her, but above all that Shane was always a Good Friend. She would never do that to any of the girls.
I mean I didn't like Carmen, but when Jenny/Carmen were on, Shane could've totally had Carmen in the palm of her hand, but Shane so cared for Jenny that she never went there with Carmen until long after they were done. As much as Jenny was a pain in S5, though, you feel badly when she tells Shane 'you broke my heart'. Because I think that was a friendship that made Jenny human.

As for season 6, you're going to want to hug Shane during that first episode. Yeah, she hurt Jenny, but she's so sorry, like a little sniffling puppy.

YAY!!! I'm so happy to hear the show got picked up!! This is thrilling news - after both ER and TLW ended this year, I was starting to have good medical show and Kate withdrawals. Three Rivers seems like it'll be the perfect solution to my dilemma!
