Hmm, well there's New Beginnings and Nicky's YA Episodes, both are an episodic continuation of the show, and I think you can also find short Jahammer fics on both sites. The only YA fanfic archive that is still active is Simply Fanfic, it has some really great fics. And some authors have personal websites with YA fics, there's a full list here, just scroll down a little to "Fanfic/Fanart". I hope that helps you and have fun reading!
