Anyway, if the show was picked up, then there would obviously be a Will/Bella/Scout love triangle (anyone doubt that, after WBSHM?), and a love triangle ain't much of a triangle if a couple of siblings are involved. So, after first watching the pilot again after almost 2 years, I agree that Pilot!Bella/Pilot!Scout is very sweet. I even felt sorry for Scout in the end, and as you all know, it's hard to make me feel sorry for him Anyway. Watching the two of them during the pilot inspired me...

That's a lovely wallpaper Rythan. Pilot!S/B were so sweet. Yet something seemed to be missing after that. I guess they are just better suited to being a happy couple than an angsty one. You know how some couples just seem to do angsty really well? I'm thinking Buffy/Angel. But S/B seems to only really work when they're happy together, and fail to hold as much attention when they're sulking about not being together.

Oooh, let's see. My couples for this show were/are:

Jake/Hamilton - of course
Will/Bella - they so would have gone that way had they had more time to expand on the show. Stupid WB!!!
Will/Sean - they are my slash couple. I mean, come on. Just look at the way Sean stares at Will! Especially in the second episode, which the name escapes me. Sigh.

I think that's it. Hmm.

Ali's plan was to write the berry trilogy (W/S, S/Sean, Sean/W respectively) and then write four stories in the coffee series (Ryder respectively with S, W, H and Sean) but they were never completed. I think she wrote Ryder/Scout and Ryder/Will, but not the other two.
