Hmm, sorry Charlie but I gotta go with Alyson Hannigan, though not so much for her cry with Xander, but for her cry when Oz leaves her, that cry made me cry.

As for the latest episode, I did manage a few tears, but there were also some...fun moments. I mean the ''chick fight'' between Gemma, Tara and that other chick who works with Nero I mean I know it wasn't funny-funny, but...it was funny to me
Also, I feel like you know who got a beautiful send off. That scene in the meeting room where Jax says ''I'll see you later, brother''. So sad.
And so much for Lyla going away, huh? Darn. It looks like she might be sticking around with the way Jax was talking to her about being family and all.

A million hugs for Jax!

Okay, so just admit it...who sent this secret in for this week's Post Secret?

Yeah, it totally made me think of the two of you! It was so random, because there are rarely fandom secrets on there, I think
(Even more random: I'm going to a PostSecret Live event this winter. Wheee! )

I just bought my boss one of the books because she'll be out for a few weeks due to an operation(see I told ya I love to gift ) and I wanted to give her something easy to read while she's resting.
Really? Oh I'm so jealous! I've always wanted to go to one I'd love to hear all about it

Now speaking of secrets and SoA I wonder if there's an SoA secrets tumblr...hmmm...

Yeah, they're finally doing events in Europe (in the UK and Ireland) and I just couldn't resist! Who knows when/if they come back for another run. I'm weirdly excited already even if it's still two months to go. Still gotta book my flight/hotel and all that!

Did you find a tumblr?

That's sounds like an interesting event...so jealous...

Thanks for the link and quote! And that, in a nutshell, is why I adore him so

Pacific Rim actually sounds pretty interesting...

Quote:
I feel like I don’t have an appetite for a lot of these comic book movies that come out about monsters and robots and stuff because I feel they are unmistakably cynical enterprises, exclusively designed to make money. That’s not the kind of thing I’m interested in; I’m interested in telling beautiful stories. So when you have that kind of world with Guillermo at the helm? All of that cynicism falls away and you’re actually making an authentic film with integrity and it just happens to be about monsters.
and Ron Perlman is in it with him again! It's impossible to separate these two, apparently!

Sorry for the double-post, but I just got around to watching last week's episode

Lynne, what are your thoughts on it? I don't feel like anything major went down in it, but I think this episode was more about the setting up the pieces of the puzzle, getting things aligned so that the story can move forward.
Oh and were you amused or terrified about Tig's weird attraction to the uh...''escort''? That whole sequence was just... I don't even have the words

ITA

I found the whole Tig thing funny...I miss the funny episodes they had in Season 1 and 2...Season 3 and 4 are basically drama all through-out...I love that they are now doing funny scenes again...

Charlie, doing a mainstream film...I don't know how I feel about that...

Yeah, I agree, it's nice to see that humorous moments are getting thrown into the show again

Oh and how great was it to see that Gemma get some time with her grandkids? That was just sweet when Jax walks in and sees she and the baby sound asleep.
And I *still* think they're hinting at something going on with Tara I don't know what, but...something.

Are you psyched for the new episode tonight?
