I really liked Trainwreck, and Jennifer's overdue for a proper comedy, so this is pretty cool.

Well, whatever it is, it's going to get diluted through the Schumer sisters, so ultimately it should prove hard to gauge.

Why do you think that? Saying they will replace everything she does? If its co-writing. I feel you should be able to tell.

I wasn't suggesting that they would 'replace everything she does', I was merely pointing out that this is a collaboration between three women. The individual contributions of any one of those women is going to be difficult to discern in the finished product, because if it's a successful screenplay it should feel like a holistic entity, with a singular focus and voice.

While we might be able to argue for certain aspects being from the mind of one particular contributor, if they do their job right it should be difficult to be sure who did what. It should speak with one collective voice, if it doesn't it risks feeling schizophrenic and unfocused.

This will be a Lawrence/Schumer joint. Absolutely Jen's voice will present, but as I say diluted, or perhaps the better term might be augmented, by the voices of her collaborators, as there's will be by hers.

But you're the writer Kip, you know this.
