It was actually the 1st Jennifer's movie I've ever seen.
I've seen it in a theater in 2009 and if I went to see it because of the story and both Kim Basinger and Charlize Theron ... what came out of it beyond the fact I liked it a lot because of those 3 magnificent female ,it's Jennifer, her performance made me noticed her and till then each time I saw her name in a movie's cast I think "Oh here she is again in a (potential) good movie ..." and each time it happened to be true (Winter's bone, X-men:First class, Hunger games, Silver linings playbook, Catching fire, The poker house ... in that order) ! __________________

Sorry for the double post but ...
I've seen The burning plain again yesterday and WAOW !!!  I had the souvenir of a great performance by Jennifer but this time (3rd for this movie) it moved me even more than the 2 first rounds ... I didn't remember her having that much scenes but in fact she didn't have just a supporting role but shared the 1st one with Charlize Theron, Kim Basinger being the supporting role there. Skipped my mind but Jennifer was awarded (already) for this movie in Venice festival in 2008 : Quote:

I remember listening to an interview she gave around the time of the Marcello Mastroianni Award.
