So this idea has come up in other threads. Time to actually do it! Let's start with what movie we'd like to watch. And then the day and time. Do you guys want to use this thread for all the viewings or make individual threads for every viewing party?

I'd have to vote for the third option then. Making a thread for every party. That way it would get noticed for sure if we top it and people could see right from the title what movie we're watching and when.

we also can create a thread called VIEWING PARTY:.....................
and the mod can update the title for each movie

But what if we start a viewing party when the character thread is close to 300 posts, but not close enough that it would be reasonable to kill it with pointless posts? Who wants to start a new thread in the middle of watching a movie?

heheheh I used to do viewing parties in my other fandom and we managed to open threads during the watching.
