State intelligence officer Dominika Egorova struggles to survive in the cast-iron bureaucracy of post-Soviet intelligence. Graphic nudity? Goodness.

Guess that's contributing to the hard R rating.

Good for Jen for going this route when she felt comfortable to do so and with a director she trusts.

But I'm assuming that has to do with her...could be another actor. We'll have to wait and see.

that's great news that it will be rated-R and stick to the contextual violence and themes of the books. the graphic nudity tag could also apply to the marks/victims of Dominika, as well as herself, since Dominika uses her body as a weapon too. in any event, i am quite excited about this film, and thanks for the gifs.

Yeah, that no doubt included into the book.

So whether its her or not. Who knows. But seems it's sticking to the violence of the book.
