I like the dress actually.

But if you stare at it too long, it looks really busy. Since she was honoring the designer, it makes sense too that she wears on of his creations.

That makes sense then, I didn't register who designed it, but I think maybe she could have chosen one of his better dresses, this one looks like a collection of plants creeping up round her neck

Since when does high fashion have anything to do with being something any lady would want to wear?? it's all that weird stuff they wear on runways, lol. It's all for artistic flair and media buzz.

She's still a beauty though! but not so much the dress.
