It better last more than one episode. You don't get past that for a long time and in fact that sort of thing often leads to parents divorcing. If they can give us "realistic" tragedy, then give us realistic marital strife.

The aftermath - let's see how this pans out. I don't want to cry anymore because I think I've already cried so much from the last one. Let's all be angry this time.

I hope Cora will give Robert a very hard time and I'm in the team "it has to be longer than one episode".
She has forgiven him too much already. Hopefully he really has to crawl back this time. I want to see him suffer badly!

And I want to see Tom win against him! With the help of all the other Crawleys.

If it was for me Robert can move out and share a flat with Carson. Yes, I'm bitter.

I'm not sure how much emotional drama I can take, after last weeks episode.

But yes, it would be very unrelistic if Robert and Cora's problems are resolved in one episode, again. I just hope it will make Robert look past his pride in the future.
