Is Sophie married by any chance? Could the mystery man in this picture be her husband?



I'm only wondering because somebody on Instagram commented on this picture of Daisy and said "Daisy is marrying someone":



That comment was made sometime between December 2013 (when the pic was Instagrammed) and now, but most likely closer to the former. He could have been referring to Daisy and William but he could have been referencing Sophie and simply didn't know her name.

I'm not sure about Sophie's love life. I've posted that pic (above) on the Lily James/Lady Rose thread too and I'm not sure who it is but obviously the cast knows him so I'm assuming he's someone from the crew.

As for the IG comment, I don't usually believe what some people write there (kind of like Youtube comments where there are lots of trolls).

A bit of speculation here...

Suppose Daisy had actually been in love with William and wanted to marry him, but suppose all of the other circumstances surrounding the marriage were the same (i.e. critically wounded, deathbed wedding). Would they still have not consummated the marriage?

I'd be interested in hearing opinions on this, because it has the potential to change the entire dynamic of the situation (i.e. if you think that they would have consummated the marriage were Daisy truly interested then it implies that the real reason for the marriage not being consummated hinged on Daisy's willingness and not on William's physical ability. And the implication that William could have performed leads to the question: if the only thing stopping them was Daisy's willingness, how would she have gotten around that? If William wanted to consummate the marriage could she have looked him in the eye and told him that she didn't want to?

So basically what I'm asking is was William so badly injured that he and Daisy wouldn't have consummated the marriage even if they both wanted to?

Assuming that they both wanted to, I reckon because of William's injury they weren't able to. But I still think William would want to marry Daisy first before they consummated because William is that type of guy.

It's nice seeing Sophie at one of the premiere's, I'm sure there's no doubt she'll be attending the UK one as well. and agree about the dresses, although I think Holliday Grainger's would have looked better without the black pattern at the top, it looks odd somehow.

I thought I saw somewhere it's not released in the UK until the 27th of March, so the premiere will be happening before then Lindsay.

Claire, no I don't. But ok I'll speculate anyway. I think she's just teasing. The cast are pretty good at keeping mum about storylines.

What was Gwen referring to? Daisy falling in love with Thomas? If so, it doesn't make sense, because Daisy was already obviously in love with him. Was she referring to Daisy potentially having sex with Thomas (who, despite being gay, may have been able to perform in an attempt to "convert" himself and/or to further torment William)?

Also, just out of curiosity, may I know why you always ask sex related questions with regards to Daisy?
