It's where they have a talk after he discovers the birth control device and says, though he was tempted(he knew who the rapist was) he couldn't murder Green. If he hung it would hurt Anna. Then she's glad he's not a killer and she touches his face or hands.

Oh, the ep where we find out that Bates didn't kill Green though he would have done it.
I'm glad he didn't though. For whatever it's worth, if found guilty he'd be back in jail again and he wouldn't want Anna to suffer all over again.__________________

It's interesting hearing the reactions of some of my coworkers who are seeing it live for the first time. One woman said, "Bates better not go to jail again." I just kept thinking (though I didn't say it), "Well, it's not Mr. Bates who's accused this time." One woman cornered me and asked me a question and I asked her what she thought of the last episode. She asked what the big deal about the ticket was, since she didn't understand the references they made. Then I mentioned that it was Bates's alibi ... and last season Mary burned it. Her response:
 and  . I'm really enjoying the reactions  .Seems that the jailhouse is forever in their tender moments places." I really wish we could have another season where the Bates are not experiencing incarceration or traumatic events. That would be great, wouldn't it?  I just want them to have a Baby Bates and be happy. Even Bates referred to "Baby Bates." I think BC wants it too  .__________________

Haha, your co-workers reactions are priceless.
And yes, I really hope that these two will just be generally happy next season. But then if they are, people are going to complain that it's boring. I'd rather have boring than, I don't know, a shock SL. __________________
