Hi Jessica!
I watched a 9 hour miniseries about Elizabeth I. Lovely day. I did pull a few weeds this morning and am doing some laundry, but mostly, I abstained from labor!__________________

It's been really hot here lately, so other than taking refuge at the movies or mall, I can only stay at home and try to keep cool. And out of the sun!

We actually had a cold summer here, but now that it is September, it's more like our usual July weather.
 I rather expect a lot more heat to come. Too bad, cause fall is often fire season for us anyway.  __________________

Guys! Guess what? I had an interview Thursday morning for Kindergarten teacher and they hired me right there on the spot! I'll be starting as soon as my fingerprints and drug test clears, but it looks like my first official day of teaching will be Monday, the 16th! I am still planning to stay the mod here, but my time might be a lot more limited, but I'll still have the weekends off. Anyway, just wanted to let y'all know in case you don't see me around for a few days.  |
