Trouble arises at Kaan and Associates when payment is not received from a consult. Meanwhile, Clyde gets a visit from his estranged father; Marty learns of Roscoe's entrepreneurial endeavors; and Jeannie pushes back to stay.

there was so much great stuff in this ep.
jeannie at the beginning running the guantlet of emotion before finally settling on... screw you im not going anywhere. it was amazing to see.

thats just ridiculous... she's a spitfire. she wasnt begging for affection, she was begging him to have a ****ing emotion. any emotion would do quite frankly - it was overdue. and i dont think that was too much to ask. and for heavens sakes she was hormonal as well.

Yup. I agree. People who didn't respond well to her scene didn't understand what was happening. She wasn't asking for affection, she was asking for him to stop being such a d**k, which then made her emotional.

exactly. its fire and ice. and could there have been a stronger declaration of 'i am boss and you will break' then the one she threw out there a few minutes later? it was powerful, she was powerful - you believed that she wasnt going anywhere and marty wasnt going to be able to do a single thing about it. people really need to look at the bigger picture.
