The Vivian/Ben relationship was weird. There was so much anger and resentment but then they had these happy moments. I didn't like how easy Vivian forgave him when they were dead.
Still I agree that Dylan was fantastic in the role and he's look great despite being 50. __________________

I don't think it was Vivien forgiving him in death as much as it was, she's stuck with him for eternity. If she didn't forgive his transgressions in life how could she live with him in death.
Also, he was killed, so I think she felt sorry for him that he was trying to leave with their son when it happened. |

Same here. Still it felt kind of weird. I think when Vivien died she found peace and she realized what was important in her life. For example she finally realize she already had a daughter and didn't need a baby to be happy.

I did think it weird, but trying to think of the situation, they can never leave, and rather than be bitter about things that happened in life, the only way to move on was to forgive in death.

It was kinda of weird since they never really got along, they never agreed on anything.

They never got along IMO because the show started with the deception of his affair, so we never really saw them before that. But a prequel episode would have been nice to see how they were to how they became.

I wish they would have showed that in the season finale instead of showing them deciding whether to buy the house or not.

Exactly. Also I wish we could have seen how Chad & Patrick used to be and how much the house changed them.

I agree, the house is what changed everyone, so to see how drastically they did change, it would have been beneficial to see them before...
