That was such a big moment from Damon.

Question for you, since I haven't watched every TVD episode... has Damon said thank you to anybody else since 2x06 when he said it to Bonnie again.. or just ever on TVD?

I guess they will probably change the filter a little bit because it is a new place than the other side. But who knows, maybe the writers are too lazy to change it

Im not sure.. being that they were many scenes of them throughout the seasons.

Maurice, that'd be kind of awesome if he only said it to Bonnie.

Cause it seems weird to see him saying it to anyone. lol Which is why we all had the same WTF look when he said it in 1.22.

The Thank You scene from Season One is still my all time but there have been beautiful moments over the years and relevant moments as well.

I'm excited for Kat and Ian. I think they deserve this time to work together in this capacity and of course Bamon fans are long overdue. Don't know that it will live up to what fanfics have been for us over the years but it's what we got. My real love for Bamon lives from what they should have been for each other and based on JP's direction, never got the chance to be. Don't know if Season Six can come close to any expectations but in the end, I will just remain happy that Kat and Ian got these moments they've been wanting to work at this capacity together.

That 'thank you' scene is my top 3 favorite Bamon scene of all-time for sure, I can say that. That was really the first huge meaningful scene for them, so I'll always love that scene.

Well it's going to be pretty difficult for this show to live up to the fanfics to be quite honest.

I'm happy with Bamon, but I'm not that optimistic.

I'm going to give Season 6 a chance, so it sure better live up to my expectations. lol
