I think he died pretty easily... and when he was alive, at least nothing bad really did happen to her.

The last thing I remember about him were the rocks crushing his legs and Bonnie and Jeremy leaving him there. Poor guy died before he could see Silas and he was his biggest fan.

I thought Silas killed him? So either he must have seen his face or he showed up wearing the face of somebody else.

Ohhh, maybe! I only caught the Beremy scenes on YT b/c I refuse to watch.

Silas killed him off screen? That makes a lot more sense for him to have killed him at some point since he was running around wearing his face and all. He must have seen him at some point.

I think Silas already knew how Shane looks like when he first came to the well and Silas started creating hallucinations of his dead wife.

I still think it strange, when I first saw it... I assumed that he would still be alive.. only because we didn't see him actually die. We thought he was dead, then he awakened to tell Rebekah something and that was it....

Yes it was just so weird ... especially how nobody made a big deal out of it in the end.

Right! Good memory! I should have known that too since it was the last full episode I saw.

I do find it odd how we never actually saw how Shane died.

Did you watch the final? Because Jeremy was back by then.

Yeah ... especially so weird because Shane was such a big part of the show for the most part of the first half and the beginning of the second half of the season.

I know, it's kind of like his character was completely useless.
