Yeah I really don't know what to believe because by acknowledging and telling a fan that her fans will go after mean people is just condoning the bullying which is why I'm not sure if it's her however, if it is here it sort of makes sense why she's officially had it and is ready to leave TVD.

No one wants to keep hearing hate every day.

Probably she needs to get off twitter or stop reading tweets?

It's just a damn shame we got stupid fans who can't separate the difference between character and actors and the one who are racist are even worst and I think what makes me more upset is that I feel Julie Plec and company are sort of condoning the behavior by even after Nina has left, still catering to a certain fanbase....

No disrespect to that fanbase but that's where I see the most hate coming from and I don't even need to say which fanbase it is.

This is the problem with social media, yes we can have contact with everybody and the stars can interact with their fans on a daily basis but it also makes it easier for people to lose their boundaries and to react like this because they think they can act anonymously.

Completely agree.

Social media is good but also bad for the reasons you stated.

I just feel for KG...

Yes, it is impossible to reason with them and you shouldn't use the same ways as them because then they feel validated.

I love debating so I try to go right back at haters to make them look stupid.

However, I recently learnt that it's better to ignore because that hurts the haters/trolls even more.

Well seeing how Supernatural is the 4th most watched show in the series, I think SPN is okay.

You can make a case that the SPN fanbase is the most loyal on the CW. Sticking around a show for 11 seasons is impressive.

I think the ranking for the most watched CW shows are...

Supernatural is the only non comic show with great ratings for the network... although I think since Supergirl is moving to the CW next fall, SPN will fall down to #5 in the ratings department which is still great because obviously the comic shows are rated highest.
