Although Damon is lying to Caroline, I don't think anything would've mattered.
Her misery is because Stefan won't unfriendzone her over the fact her best friend died.

She's more sad about Stefan, then about Bonnie.

Yet again, the writers choose development boy/girl relationships over girl/girl BFFship. The usual with the writers.

That scene of Caroline holding the shirt was amazing.

I really want to see how it will be when Bonnie is back. Like Bonnie probably won't know anything about what happened while she was gone but I just want them to think about their friendship and change things for the better.
