Hm ... I don't really know. They are already filming the final so I would guess they are finish until then unless they have some holidays during that.

Didn't that casting call state that they would finish filming the finale on April 14th? And Matt Davis said filming ends in early April.

I was thinking about that and how ironic it would be because all of us were speculating that Bonnie might go off with Jeremy and Kat might leave the show at the end of the season, and then it's Elena. But I think that would be too simple an ending.

Actually, I just had an idea:
Maybe Elena, who has just turned human or is about to, finds out about Jeremy not going to art school but hunting vampires. She's mad but Jeremy explains to her that you can't leave MF behind and simply live a normal life as if nothing has happened. Elena being Elena applies this to her: she wants a normal life now that she's human again. And that's when she makes the decision to get compeled in order to have this chance at an ordinary life. I don't know about this but it is a possibility, I guess. __________________
