So I've been stalking Steven's Twitter and Instagram these past few weeks to see if he ever made his way to Atlanta and no such luck. I guess Jeremy won't be coming back for the wedding after all.

There were a few days last week where he didn't post anything that revealed his location, so he could have been secretly filming TVD then, but he was at Disneyland yesterday.
