IIRC, 4 series regulars have been cast. 2 leads and 2 supporting characters. Chris is one of the supporting characters.

He gets about 10 minute screen time per episode on Delena Diaries and thats being kind. Plec/Dries wouldn't invest much time in Bonkai relationship anyways.<no outshinging the rain kiss crew> I think its possible for him to do to both shows.

But the writers are in love with Kai. An 10 minutes is much for a guest character on a show that goes for 40 minutes.

I guess there is always the possibility that the pilot isn't going to get picked up but I think the show will have a go. I just wonder how many episodes per season we will get. That could influence how often he could be shown on the show.

Yeah, there's also a chance that the show could be held for mid-season. That is, if it gets greenlighted.

I've read that the CW will do another DC series with characters from Arrow/The Flash and that it might even get a straight-to-series order. So that's definitely competition.

So I guess it could also be for 2016/2017. Weird. I could've sworn I saw an another article saying it's def for 2015/16.

I was really hoping we would get get a Bonkai mention from Chris at the convention but sadly I haven't heard of anything.
