Maybe the life changing spoiler will be like the 'never let each other go' spoiler. TBH I don't want Jack to go through anything else horrible he has suffered enough! Thanks for that scoop northbound it's good to hear the producers say that. It just proves what we've always known about Jemily that they are more than just that summer as kids. Everytime someone would say 'he only wants the person she used to be' and all that BS is just that BS. Now the show is going to make it more clear. In fact you could argue that since 'Emily' is really Amanda Clarke Jack is the ONLY one who really understands the real her. Whether Aiden lived or died she was always going to find the real Amanda Clarke and she was always going to need Jack to help her. If anything she would have realised the revenge persona was a phase the person she truly is, is meant to be with Jack because he is the one she connects with on a far deeper level.

And yeah, the news of this new guy was a little weird.. I guess they somehow changed him into a cop instead.. I to think this is the person they first described, cus there is no way Jack is going to have two friends in town, and giving Emily two more love interests (three if you count Jack) is a little over the top.. BUT for all I know, this show has given us suprises before, so who knows..
I wonder how long it's gonna take before David and Emily comes face to face, and I can't wait to see her reaction to he's return! omg, it's going to such a shock for her... And what about the spoilers about "something life changing" about Jack's life? I wonder if that one is out of the picture to..

Oooh some more interesting scoop for us Ted Sullivan (one of the shows writers) did an interview about the Revenge graphic novel and they asked him about S4 and he said that Jack will be a very different person this season, he will be spending less time behind the bar the reason why we'll know the second we see him (anyone else thinking prison?!). He reckons the fans will like this new version of Jack and that he's cool and sexy! I'm intrigued by this I hope it means Jack gets more involved in the scheming I love that he's getting cooler and sexier I look forward to seeing that!

Exactly! I've always thought that the show was heading in that direction, and that all of Emily's claims about Amanda Clarke not existing anymore, or Jack not knowing her anymore, were just her denial talking.

It's just nice to see the show finally validating all of that.


Yeah, I have a hard time seeing them giving Emily two different love interests that are both friends with Jack. I think the likeliest answer is that there have been rewrites.


I've been rewatching S1, and it's actually made me a little more excited about seeing David reunited with Emily. I'm not ready to say that bringing him back was a good idea, but I don't feel as crappy about it as I did when the season finale aired.

Hmmm...I wonder if the cop becomes Jack's friend because he believes Jack is innocent and sets out to prove it? That would involve him getting involved with Emily and the rest.

What I have a harder time with is this: if Jack really is in prison, how in the world can Emily and Nolan let him stay there?? Why haven't they planted evidence and/or pulled some kind of strings to get him released?

Ted Sullivan has posted up another picture of NW we get a better view of his hair, I'm still not sure about it maybe it will look better on screen lol. I must admit I can't imagine Emily and Nolan letting Jack stay in prison but then again maybe Jack insists because he doesn't want Emily to get in trouble and then gets let out due to lack of evidence (even though what there is, is pretty flaky). So this new Jack being cool and sexy do you guys think that means he will be more laidback and carefree or more badass and moody? I think I'd prefer the latter.
