I`m very happy that we got a couple of more flashback scenes with David and Amanda. It was nice to see another happy scene with them as David was about to leave for the New Year`s Eve party and said goodbye to Amanda. In fact here are some gifs from that scene.

Now it`ll be interesting to see how Emily`s mother being alive will affect her view of her father. I have a feeling that Ems is going to learn that David wasn`t so innocent.

After everything Emily has been through and what has been done to her by ppl, she still has this feeling in her to love......... and we see that with her flashbacks of her father and with Jack....... that she can still be able to love and doesnt resent if she feels that way

Those flashbacks perfectly humanizes Emily IMO, especially the ones with her and David. I hope that we`ll get more of them in Season 2 along with Emily learning more about her father. Like i`ve said before, i have a feeling that with her mother back in the picture, Emily is likely going to learn some dark secrets about her father.

See thats one of the things i dont want to see only coz its tainting her memories of her father for her and the way she sees her father and the way they were together, in all those flashbacks and so on.......

They had each other ever since she was born, and it was just them

But like you say there is def going to be secrets esp since her mother is alive, did David know - if he did, what happened, so mnay questions needs to be answered etc

I would`ve love to seen that in a flashback scene. Damn those people that kept them apart. :rant: :furious:

I think as time went, Amanda started to grew angst with her father - away from him and alone - its a scary place to be, its only when Nolan told her the truth, and the box its when she rally started getting back in touch with her father, in memory and thoughts

As you say damn those people - like Jack said to the Graysons when he barged in, how could they let a little girl suffer and not help her (something like that he said)
