No we haven`t haven`t gotten anything about Amanda`s mother. Hopefully we`ll get to see her relationship with David and Amanda explored soon, because i have a feeling that she`s still out there.

I love it when we get flashbacks of these two and just flashbacks in general. They're always my favorite part of the show.

I love the flashbacks too. because they offer us a window into what Amanda is fighting for and showcases her and dad`s great relationship.

We got some more good stuff in Wednesday`s episode. It was so tough watching the flashback scenes, especially the one where Amanda burned her dad`s picture after reading the book.

That scene there showed Amanda losing faith in her father by believing the lies after holding out hope for so long. Thankfully she later rediscovered her faith, which helped drive her revenge campaign.
