^ Should know that I do the following and wonder if she does, too?

• I take a crunchy taco shell and fill it with seasoned meat and shredded cheddar cheese. Then, I add a bit of taco sauce, finely chopped sweet onion or green onion, chopped tomatoes, shredded lettuce, fresh cilantro, a dollop of sour cream, salsa, and sometimes guacamole.
  
  
• Sometimes I add yellow rice, jasmine rice, or Mexican rice to base of the taco.
  
  
• Sometimes I add a spoonful of black or pinto beans to the taco.
  
  
• Sometimes I add sliced black olives to the taco.

* the flavor of the sour cream and salsa mixed together, on top of the hamburger and shredded cheddar cheese, with the crunchy shell, all of that is exquisite to me!

In fact, now that I think about it, sour cream and salsa stirred together would probably make an amazing dip. I've never tried it, but occasionally, some of the sour cream and salsa falls off of the top of my taco and onto the plate, and scooping it up with part of the taco shell is always my favorite part of the meal.
