I feel like ABFam network are so different than others, but this one def confusing me the most than any others..

Yeah, I'm used to the fall/spring scheduling of networks like ABC, or CW, or NBC etc. etc. Even if they are mid-season shows.

Since ABC family is owned by disney, i think that's why the show is on season one but i wonder why this show because PLL is on S3.

^ Yeah, I don't understand why they gave this show so many episode, but we didn't get second season.. So weird.. Beside, I didn't know that it's owned by Disney..

I wonder how soon after the next arc of episodes if we'll know we're getting a second season or not ...

With ABC Family, you never know.

I think probably if the season ends at the end of October by December at the latest.

I posted this on the spoiler thread, but I'll post it here too:

As of now according to this site which averaged out all the ratings, PLL has a 1.05 in the demo with 2.6 million viewers, Switched has .09 in the demo with 2.25 milion viewers, and SL has .08 demo with 1.64 million viewers. Of course, PLL and SL are in their respective third and fifth seasons, while Switched is still in its first, but it is doing okay.

So, the standings right now are:

PLL
SAB
SL

Based on that, I am quite sure the show will be renewed. We'll probably get an 10-12 episode order for a season 2A

with this network and their season A and season B, but whatever, and then depending on that, we could get a 2B.

But yes, I'd say December by the latest. I think they renewed Lying Game in April sometime and their season ended in March. Last time we got lucky with the 22 episode order right around the finale.

Wow, I totally missed this the first time around but thanks for bringing this over. It makes things look so much better for the fate of our show.
