Daphne was scared Bay would die.
* I didn't really feel that moment emotionally, in the way that I thought that I would. Bay and Daphne's relationship feels shallow to me. If it had been Emmett and Bay together in China, and one of them was at risk of dying, then I believe I would have felt that depth. It just wasn't there for me between Bay and Daphne yet. Did anyone feel that depth between Bay and Daphne? I would have thought with Bay's sacrifice that I would feel Daphne's gratitude and loyalty, and yet, I don't. It's weird. I wonder why. __________________
